For the past few years, we’ve had people tell us to drive down to Port Vincent, LA, and try the crawfish from Hole N Da Wall Seafood. We had high expectations and didn’t think they could be met ;) But we were wrong — DANG those are some good crawfish that owners, Jacob and Lyndsi Landry, have perfected! And their signature sack of baby potatoes is the icing on the cake.

Don’t let the humble shack they call “Hole N Da Wall” fool you… behind the retail shop Jacob has a sophisticated operation going, first grading and washing sack and after sack, then boiling hundreds of pounds at a time on a daily basis during crawfish season. His live crawfish business is equally popular, coming straight from the docks owned and operated by his family.

Every Wednesday during crawfish season you can catch their crawfish on a too-good-to-pass-up 10lb. Special. The line was already out the door at 10:30am Wednesday morning when we stopped by.
